Members of the Institute benefit from access to FREE bi-monthly Management Guides on topical hospitality issues – from managing staff to addressing the very latest health & safety matters or legislation. The guides provide a succinct overview providing key points on a topic along with Further Resources for more in-depth coverage of the subject.
Some guides are also free to the general public e.g.
Members can download their free Management Guides from the Institute’s website, under the ‘Publications‘ tab. Alternatively, the guides are held in the Institute’s Online Catalogue, which can be found under the ‘Information Services‘ tab.
Non-members of the Institute are welcome to purchase guides for their personal use/research by downloading and submitting the guide Order Form (located at the bottom of the page) along with payment to the Institute’s Librarian.
